Do not port to other games without explicit permission to do so. Private use is okay.

do not use variants of our content for media intended for commercial use without explicit permission. (ie: vtuber designs, logo designs, watermarks)

Do not redistribute our content anywhere.

Do not use our content for NSFW lalafell. Do not upscale any lalafell content to bodies that are not vanilla or re[de]fined lalafell.

Do port, edit, and/or upscale our public/free mods to other races with provided credit.

Do port our public/free mods to other tall bodies with provided credit.

we will not accept a commission under any circumstance that seeks to defame, demean, insult, appropriate or disparage people or persons based on religion, ethnicity, race, sexuality, etc.

We will discuss TAT (Turn Around Time) with clients at time of commission acceptance. If that TAT is not met, communication will be provided.

we will not take payment at the start of the commission process. If proof of concept provided is agreeable, client will pay at that stage.

do not make lewd edits of our content. (ie: removing chest coverings, groin coverings, etc.)

do contact us for any questions regarding our content.

we have a right to refuse/cancel a commission under any circumstance. If the commission has been funded, a refund will be provided.

we will reserve our right to repurpose meshes that clients have chosen to not pursue for their order. The overall product will not be reused, but pieces may be recycled for use in future projects.

We will discuss potential discounts for the following: delayed public releases, allowing recycling of meshes.

we will not accept commissions on a FCFS (First Come First Serve) basis.

we will allow three free adjustments (multiple things can be addressed in the adjustments) but anything extraneous or corrected post-staging will be an additional charge of $3.

we will expect all fields to be filled out on the commission form where applicable. Any missing information will be deemed as additional fixes and charged accordingly.

we will troubleshoot all of our commissions for our clients, and any future issues regarding the commission itself. This does not include (new) changes to the commission.
